Poetry Editor: William Allegrezza
William Allegrezza edits the e-zine Moria and teaches at Indiana University Northwest. He co- founded Cracked Slab Books and edited if for five years. He also founded a reading series, Series A, in Chicago and curated it for four years. In addition, he occasionally posts his thoughts at allegrezza.blogspot.com. His books/ebooks include In the Weaver’s Valley, Ladders in July, Fragile Replacements, Collective Instant, Covering Over, temporal nomads, Densities, Apparitions, Aquinas and the Mississippi (co- written with Garin Cycholl, forthcoming), The City Visible: Chicago Poetry for the New Century (co- editor Ray Bianchi), La alteración del silencio: poesía norteamericana reciente (co-editor Galo Ghigliotto), and The Salt Companion to Charles Bernstein (forthcoming). He has also published many chapbooks, including Marquee, Filament Sense, Sonoluminescence (co-written with Simone Muench), and The Vicious Bunny Translations.

Visual artists interested in submitting work to the Chicago issue of PoetsArtists must reside/work in the Chicago area. Send a link of your online portfolio along with an introduction and short bio to didimenendez@hotmail.com. Place on subject line -the CHICAGO issue. If we are interested in featuring your artwork, we will respond with a list of materials requested to build the layout of your pages including photography needed and a short questionnaire. Only parties we are interested in featuring/publishing will receive a response from PoetsArtists

PoetsArtists invites poets and fiction writers who reside/work in the Chicago area to submit work to our Chicago issue. Send your work along with a short bio to William Allegrezza (wallegrezza@gmail.com), the guest editor for literary submissions. Please attach your work as a doc., .txt, .docx, or .rtf file and put CHICAGO in the subject line. If we are interested in publishing your work, we will contact you for a photograph of yourself and for you to approve the layout. (Please note that you do not need to write about Chicago, just live/work in the area.)
